CLIENT POLICY/GUIDELINES
PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR SALON POLICY AND ETIQUETTE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENTS TO KNOW AND ADHERE TO OUR SALON POLICY. NOTE: ALL CLIENTS/PERSONS NOT FOLLOWING ALL SALON GUIDELINES/ETIQUETTE/POLICY WILL BE SUBJECT TO CHARGES AND POSSIBLE DISMISSAL.
No show appointments (without contacting us) will be charged 100% of the appointment.
NOTE: If you no show your appointment and have a coupon it will be redeemed and unable to be reused.All cancellations or rescheduled appointments (except for death, illness or injury) must be done within 12 hours of the appointment.
NOTE: Cancellations less than 12 hours of the appointment (without valid excuse) will be charged half of the appointment cost.It is OK to bring WELL BEHAVED children to appointments but please no food or drink.
Coming early for an appointment will not guarantee the appointment will start early. We run on a tight schedule and need time in between each appointment for things like sanitizing tools, and taking restroom and lunch breaks.
Lash&Brow Boutique certifies our lashes for 3 days (the first 72 hours) after initial appointment. NOTE: After the first 72 hours all re-do appointments made will be charged to client.
Lash&Brow Boutique provides you with instructions, wash and a clean brush to remove makeup residue, dust, allergins, depris and oils from lashes at the beginning of each appointment. Using this ensures we have a clean space to work on and gaurantees the best retention. Clean lashes are happy lashes!
Not pre-booking your appointments may result in not being able to get in on your desired day or time or with your preferred artist.
